NY Farm to School Grant Due Oct. 1st
Governor Andrew M. Cuomo announced that $1.5 million is available for eligible school districts to support the growth of the Farm-to-School programs across New York State ahead of the upcoming school year.
Applications are due October 1, 2018 by 4 pm and should be submitted in Grants Gateway.
School Food Authority Financial Reporting
In accordance with 7CFR (Code of Federal Regulations) § 210.14, all school food authorities (SFAs) participating in the National School Lunch Program are required to account for all revenues and expenditures of their nonprofit school food service. Public school districts accomplish this through the annual ST-3 report required by the NYS Education Department.
