What’s hot on school nutrition menus? Do you know what your customers crave? In this webinar, we will learn how some restaurant dishes become ubiquitous food trends and eventually land on school menus. Our expert guest presenters, Chef Rachel Petraglia from the Georgia Department of Education and Jeanne Reilly, co-administrator of TIPS for School Meals That Rock / TIPS to Succeed - School Meals in Small Rural Districts, have their finger on the pulse of school menu trends. They will share their take on how to monitor menu trends, how to adapt trends for school nutrition, and what is trending on school meal social media.

The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
