DCMP Match Update

The SED database is currently processing a high volume of new 19-20 school year P-12 enrollment data, as well as child nutrition direct certification data.  During this time, we encourage all SFA’s to regularly check their state level matches/bulk uploads.  If you have already submitted your SNAP and Medicaid numbers with your September claim, we ask that you conduct direct certification again at the end of October and report any increases in SNAP and/or Medicaid in the Child Nutrition Management System (CNMS).

The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
